Enter the email address used for the purchase. If we find an active licence, a copy of every key goes straight to that address - we cannot send it anywhere else.

Leave this as it is to receive the keys for every program you have bought.

Nothing arrived?

  • Check the spam or promotions folder - the key comes from an automated address.
  • Make sure you used the same address as at checkout; a work address is easy to mix up with a personal one.
  • Still nothing? Tell us the order number and we will look it up by hand.
