Photo Frame Genius turns an ordinary photo into a finished picture. Pick a frame or mask, drop in clip art, add a shadow, rotate, flip or resize, then save to JPEG, PNG, GIF or BMP or send it straight to the printer. Several frames and effects can be layered on one image at the same time.
